A FEW THINGS YOU NEED TO KNOW...

• ⟩ All of our treatments are BY APPOINTMENT ONLY

• ⟩ Reservations are required for all classes.

• ⟩ Booking an appointment/class is easy: Call, Text or Book Online

• ⟩ New clients please arrive 5-10 minutes early to fill out paperwork

• ⟩ Harmony Wellness has a 12-hour cancellation policy. Failure to comply will result in a charge for the price of the session missed. Clients on a package will be charged a single session from your package for a late cancel or session missed.

• ⟩ Please silence your cell phone. 

• ⟩ Gratuity, for massage therapy it is custom to tip off the full value of the massage regardless of what your rate is. 15-20% is standard. 

• ⟩ We lock the door for privacy and safety. If you arrive for your appointment/class and the door is locked, hang tight we will open it

• ⟩ If you are late to an appointment, come in late or take your time getting on the table or into class, please know your appointment starts and ends at the scheduled time

• ⟩ We allot 5-minutes of each massage session for dressing and undressing (the faster you get on the table the faster your massage starts)
